Weston - I'm Staying!

I'm Staying! I'm glad, I love this area. I've been here for quite a while but I'm totally fine with that. Elder Brown doesn't have to be adopted! I get to be his father until he's all grown up! We had a great last week of this transfer. We were able to have lessons with some of our recently found investigators. We had a really good lesson with a less-active family two weeks ago and were able to get them to come to church the Sunday before last. This week we had another good lesson with an older less-active couple and got them to come to church yesterday. I've been working with Both of these families since I've been in this area so it was really cool to finally see our hard work pay off. A member asked us two Sundays ago to go give a blessing to her mom, who was in the hospital, sometime that week. We were really busy last week so we did not have a set time to visit her. Saturday, after praying to know what we needed to do, I felt prompted to go see her. We went and her daughter just so happened to be there while we gave her the blessing. Giving blessing are always a great experience.
So right now we have no idea who our district leader is. Our district leader just finished his mission, and is going home. Elder Hatch, his companion, is staying here and is getting a trio. Right now I've been in this area the longest. Elder Hatch and Elder Brown have only been here for one transfer. Normally leadership calls are given on Sunday so the district leader might actually be one of Elder Hatches new companions because neither him or me got a call. It's so up in the air right now we have no idea what is going to happen. We have to wait until tomorrow. And all of you have to wait another week:)
I love you all!
Elder Lamoreaux
